Ltd. solutions. To accomplish this mission, Sober Ray Technologies MNC Pvt. Ltd. offers three support options to meet your business requirements:

• Premium Solution Support
• Signature Solution Support

 
Solution Support Plans

Standard Solution Support includes:

• solution support during regular business hours
• major software product releases, maintenance releases, and patches
• documentation updates
• membership in the Sober Ray Technologies MNC Pvt. Ltd. Client Steering Committee and special interest groups
• surveys, newsletters, and other client communication



Premium Solution Support includes all benefits listed in Standard Solution Support, plus:

• beeper support for critical issues, available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day
• toll-free phone number
• additional support contacts
• regular status reports
• periodic customer service reviews


Signature Solution Support includes all benefits listed in Standard and Premium Solution Support, plus:

• 24-hour support for all types of issues
• free support consulting customized to your needs (i.e., on-site, go-live support; on-site upgrade support; setup and training of internal solution center; etc.)
